Ingredients

4 small blood oranges peeled
1 small cara cara or navel orange peeled
2 carrots
1 apple
1 (1-inch) piece of ginger
½ hot pepper, optional
Pinch of black pepper, optional

Instructions

Wash all your produce and slice the oranges and apple.
Juice all your produce.
Serve at room temperature or over ice. Optionally, stir in spices.

Notes

Adjust the balance: Experiment with the ratio of ingredients slightly based on your desired flavor profile. I.e., increase the amount of ginger for more of a ginger immunity shot, increase apple for more sweetness, etc.
Adjust the consistency: You can leave the carrot orange ginger juice pulpy or strain some or all of the pulp to your desired consistency if blending.
